How to opt in
Opting in takes four steps, and the number is confirmed by a one-time code before it can ever receive a notification.
Sign in to your account
Text notifications are tied to your ND Academy Parent Club member account, so consent is always recorded against a known person rather than a bare phone number.
Open Notifications and enter your mobile number
We'll text a one-time verification code to confirm the number is yours. Standard message and data rates apply. Verifying a number does not sign you up for notifications — you choose those next.
Confirm the 6-digit code we text you
This proves the number is yours. Until the code is confirmed, the number is not usable for notifications.
Switch on SMS and save your consent
The disclosure at the top of this page is shown at that moment, next to the switch. Nothing is sent until you save this step — verifying a number on its own never opts you in.
What the opt-in screen looks like
This is the Notifications screen in a member’s account, where the number is verified and consent is given. The consent language below the toggle is the wording every member sees before opting in.

/dashboard/notifications. Consent is off until the member turns it on and saves. You’ll be asked to sign in first. No account yet? Create one.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. You’ll get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. STOP works from your phone whether or not you can sign in.
Reply START to opt back in, or reply HELP for help. You can also switch SMS off, or remove your number entirely, on the Notifications screen in your account at any time.
